Network Services Customer Update - December 24, 2003


Scheduled Maintenance:

Tuesday, December 30, 3:00 - 6:00 a.m.

ITSD network engineers will test the State of Ohio's Internet redundancy
and failover capability by manually introducing network faults at selected
points.  Customers may experience intermittent loss of Internet
connectivity during the maintenance window.

Completed Maintenance:

Tuesday, December 23, 3:00 - 6:00 a.m.

ITSD network engineers installed a layer two switch between the Rhodes
Tower managed firewall (Wall2) and ohio.gov network.
