Network Services Customer Update - November 21, 2003


Scheduled Maintenance:

Tuesday, December 2, 3:00 - 6:00 a.m.

ITSD network engineers will be turning up routing on the second Internet
connection to Time Warner Telecom and testing failover capability among
three Internet connections. Customer may experience intermittent loss of
Internet connectivity during the maintenance window.


Completed Maintenance:

Tuesday, November 18, 3:00 - 6:00 a.m.

ITSD network engineers relocated a line card from the primary Internet
border router to the secondary Internet border router and made minor
routing adjustments.  No network outage was detected during the
maintenance.

ITSD network engineers replaced a switch on the 15th floor of the Vern
Riffe Center.
