[OPLINTECH] Peterson-Thompson Database Errors

Hey, all!
Has anyone used the Testing & Educational Reference Center available =
through Peterson / Gale?
We've been getting glitches with logins to their version of MyAccount =
(e.g. accounts not being "remembered" the next day, inability to create =
accounts, etc.) When one does finally get in and can take, say, an SAT =
practice test, we get Session Timeout errors.
I've cleared cookies and allowed third-party cookies. (Yes, I've got =
calls into their tech folks).
Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experience.
