[OPLINTECH] Yahoo Mail

We are having problems with yahoo mail.  Any one who attempts to log in 
from inside the library gets this message.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time. We 
apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.

Has anybody else ran into this?  I could not find any information on the 
message in Yahoo help.  I did find a couple of message board postings 
regarding Yahoo blocking IP addresses that requested to many logins, but 
no information on how to be removed from their blocked list.
