[OPLINTECH] Rollup 1 Update

Has anyone had any problems the "Updated Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4"?

Two of our Servers have gone down since this update.  Microsoft 
hasn't acknowledge this Service Pak is a problem, so there is little 
information from Microsoft on this subject.

We'll have to rebuild our servers to fix this problem, and I was 
checking to see if any other Network Admins have dealt with this yet?
