Office of Information Technology Customer Update - January 4, 2006

Emergency Maintenance Scheduled: Thursday, January 5, 2006 : 5:30am

Post mortem analysis of the ATM issue has determined that a processor
module in one of the failing ATM core switches needs replaced.   The
network outage, as a result of this hardware replacement is expected to
be less than 15 minutes.

The work will begin at 5:30am on Thursday, January 5, 2006.

Customers that are directly connected to ATMSOCB are as follows:

Lottery
MH (County Offices)
Education
Supreme Court
K12-Perry
K12-Mentor
EMA
LAA
Insurance
OECN Domain Server
ODH
ODNR
Lottery
OPLIN-CO
MARCS (W.Fifth office)
OIT (W. Fifth office)
OIT Enterprise Environment (link between SOCC and Rhodes)
OIT Video
Riffe Customers (Except Commerce)

There may also be some backbone re-routing as a result of this hardware
replacement.  Many of the remaining customers may be affected while
routing re-converges.
