I have used this PDF converter for over a year now.

printer on your machine and it's free!

As far as reverse PDF conversion goes, I have not seen anything out
there that is free.  I did use the trial version of a couple, but
honestly I could do just about as good on formatting using cut-n-paste
like Jim suggested.  I was not at all impressed and definitely ready to
spend money on something I would not save any time on.
