[OPLINTECH] SMS Server

We are in the process of evaluating the possibility of implementing an
SMS server for maintaining our software upgrades. We currently support
approximately 1K workstations over 18 branches. Could anyone provide
some feedback on SMS? Just provide some comments concerning any positive
or negative aspects. Good points or problems.
