[OPLINTECH] help! my mailbox was overtaken by offensive spam

Colleagues,

are some of you also having trouble with your OPLIN dot ORG email 
accounts? I ask because the ratio of offensive emails I have been 
receiving for the past month or two has gotten completely out of hand, 
even though I'm using the Thunderbird email filters to the best of my 
ability. The amount of spam I receive in a day for Viagra and other 
medications for unmentionable enhancements, as well as for stocks etc., 
is ridiculous enough (sometimes 95% of my email is junk!), but many of 
the subject lines now displaying would be more suited to dialog in a 
porn flick and I'm embarrassed to access my email in a public place.

Can someone please suggest a way to clean this up more effectively at my 
end, since OPLIN will not filter? My Director and I would both be grateful.
