Uninstall O2K and any office viewers first and then Install O2K3, make
sure you do the O2k3 service packs and updates by going to 
http://www.officeupdate.com  Use the get additional office updates link
UNDER The yellow click for Microsoft updates link to get and choose
updates.  The direct link is

I'm considering upgrading all staff Office 2000 to Office Pro 2003.
 
Has anyone done this process and could you give me a heads-up as to what
pitfalls I may encounter. Any words of warning?
How easy is this process?
