Go to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx  and click on
Support incidents on the right.   You need either  a 2008 server or a
vista machine with the admin pack installed to use profiles with Vista.

I'm have trouble setting up roaming profiles on Vista & W2k3 server & I
can't http://access support.microsoft.com.

Is it just me or are others not getting there either?
