[OPLINTECH] Broadband demand tracking

At this afternoon's Ohio Broadband Council meeting, Connect Ohio announced
that they are using a form on their website to partially track demand for
broadband. I know library computers are often used by folks who don't have
broadband at home, and this might be a way for them to be heard. The form is
at http://www.connectoh.org/_forms/BroadbandInquiries.php
