[OPLINTECH] OPLIN Network Issue 2008-06-19

All,
    Time Warner: TC is currently experiencing network issues with its 
primary connection to the OPLIN core. This will cause slowdowns across 
the entire OPLIN network. At present we do not have an estimated time 
for resolution, but rest assured its not just you, its all of us. I'll 
post again when we get any meaningful updates.
