[OPLINTECH] OPLIN Website Changes in 5 days

As part of the OPLIN website redesign, we will have THREE new web sites.

Effective July 1st at 8:00 AM, The Ohio Web Library, will be launched.  
This is where the public will go to use the databases.

We will also have the Explore Ohio website, which will be linked from 
the Ohio Web Library page.  This will feature Ohio-specific information 
and is taking the place of Discover Ohio.

But what about www.oplin.org?  This site is now just for YOU.  It will 
be where you go if you have questions about OPLIN services, where you 
retrieve your stats, and where you will find our policies.

Now comes the tricky part...if you are using an OPLIN logo anywhere on 
your page, you will need to change it to the new Ohio Web Library graphic.
