[OPLINTECH] when a patron's flash stick is not accepting files

We found this was the problem with one brand of flash drive our patrons were using:
  
"The root of the drive has a limitation on the amount of files that can be stored on the root of the storage device. To resolve, create a new folder on the drive and transfer the remaining data to the new folder. If the DataTraveler does not permit you to create a new folder, try removing one or two files from the drive and then create a new folder."
