[OPLINTECH] Reference USA

Has anyone experienced problems accessing Reference USA Databases
internally since they modified their interface?  We are getting 502
proxy errors when we attempt to run the javascript.  If we turn off the
lan settings in IE, it works so this suggests a tweak may be needed on
our end but not sure what needs to be changed.
