[OPLINTECH] TrueCrypt on Public Internet stations

Since TrueCrypt can be run *from* a USB drive, isn't it more a matter
of making the suggestion to tech-savvy users? Or might security on
public terminals restrict users from running TrueCrypt from the
portable drive?
