[OPLINTECH] New release for openSUSE Education

Good suggestions and discussion in general all.

Jim, I am a little confused what exactly is FOSS as far as Userful's product
is concerned, but I will take a closer look next week.

Are you actually using it with PaperCut or CUPS?
