Hi Travis and all PC Res Customers,

I talked to a Envisionware tech today and he said that the
software is in programming. They can't give a timeline but it is in the works.

Is anyone using PCRes or LPT One on a Windows 7 machine?

Thanks,

Subject: [OPLINTECH] Patron Management Software

Greetings,

I spoke with an Envisionware tech support agent today about future compatibility with Windows 7 and Vista but was politely told there is no timeline available (or planned to be available) for Envisionware to work with either OS. As this officially puts us 2 operating systems behind currently available technology I was wondering if anyone could point me towards other patron management software packages that may be comparable to Envisionware.

Thanks in advance for any leads you can give me on this subject. As a side note, I know there are a lot of OpenSource fans on this list (I’m one, depending on the product), and it’s an option that’s worth considering- but for now I’m still looking for Windows as the OS.
