[OPLINTECH] increasing toolbar fonts w/o Magnifier?

Thanks for all the suggestions. It turns out that CASSIE will turn off 
Magnifier when the person
exits the program, so we decided to stick with that for now, but it's 
good to know the other
options are out there.
