I had a lot of issues with IE9 64 bit browser(which is the default in a 64 bit install I think). If you remove the 64 bit version and use the 32 bit version, a lot of problems will clear up. The adobe plugins especially had issues with 64 bit IE9.

Subject: [OPLINTECH] Issue with IE9???

OPLIN Tech:

We just put new Windows 7 computers in our Reference room running IE9 and are having problems with patrons getting blocked when they try to open their W2s and 1099G on the Internet. We use policies to restrict access on our public computers and I've went through everything in the policy that I could think of that would interfere and turned it off - still no luck.

Any thoughts on this - one staff said they received a Nav Controller error with the 1099G. The W2s end up being a blank pop-up window. My guess it's ie9 but I'm stumped.

Please help - ready to install FireFox.
