[OPLINTECH] Cymphonix question

[Josh Proffit]

Any ideas on how to block torrents from being downloaded? I've already blocked torrent sites with the Cymphonix device but if a patron already has active torrents ready to download through a torrent client, those still work. How can I stop this?
