[OPLINTECH] Defragmenting

I tend to agree with Andy. I don't worry about it too much, myself. In
fact, all of the computers I've been building for the past couple of years
have had SSDs in them and so defragment has been turned off anyway. (You
don't want to defrag SSDs....it's just excessive wear and tear with no
benefit.). Put your tech money into something more beneficial!
