[OPLINTECH] Silverlight or not

For what it's worth, I've had Microsoft Silverlight installed on our public
PCs for a while now, and I can't remember the last time one of them froze
up or needed to be rebooted (other than a patron getting a really nasty
virus during their session). I have it installed on my home PC as well. I
believe certain streaming media sites like Netflix and Amazon Instant Video
require or used to require Silverlight, although from what I have seen
around the web it is being phased out by HTML5.

I don't think you will hurt anything by installing it, but it may become
obsolete soon.
