[OPLINTECH] Ubuntu

Our catalog machines are running Open Kiosk in Linux Mint. No problems. 
If it's old hardware, you may want to consider Lubuntu.

We've talked about Linux for other computers, but we're constrained by 
required software (CASSIE for public & Workflows for staff).
