[OPLINTECH] DeepFreeze and Windows Update Loop

Hi Melinda,

I have followed this protocol successfully.

Deleting the Pending.xml file is what works. I've yet to discover what,
why, or how, but it works!

To do this, I use the Hiren's Boot CD <http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd>
and boot to "Mini Windows Xp Live".
