[OPLINTECH] [OPLINLIST] Payphone issues

[Bob Neeper]

Years ago the library pay phone was removed, due to the excessive cost of ownership.

If someone absolutely needs to make a call, staff will dial the number on an 
office telephone.
Limits long distance use.

Doubt if there are 25 calls a year as cell phones are predominant in our area.
