Hi Becky,

I have three other suggestions. All the options below have unattended
access

1. Team Viewer =Starts at $750/version
-Team Viewer has a unique licensing model. You purchase the license for the
current version, which is supported forever. 1 user cost about $750. Works
with Windows, Mac, and Linux.

2. Zoho Assist=Starts at $110/year
-New product from Zoho. Cost is $110/user. Not as good as RDP,teamviewer,
or GoToAssist, but great for your budget
*Option I choose this year*

3. GotoAssist= Starts at $350/year
-does not work with linux
