[OPLINTECH] Windows 10?

A little late to the party, but I want to further reiterate that you
definitely, definitely need to uninstall DeepFreeze before upgrading
(twice: once from ignorance and the other because a patron somehow found a
way to upgrade one).

RE: Boot times: That's the one issue that's been plaguing the patron
Win10/DeepFreeze machines. I've yet to find a way to deal with it because
it doesn't seem to follow any rhyme or reason that I can discern. On some
models (Asus Pro desktops I bought last February), it takes an exorbitantly
long time to boot and the bulk of the wait is when it first gets to the
desktop. The taskbar program icons and desktop shortcuts are missing and
it just sticks there for a minute or two before loading it. I intend to
keep troubleshooting and playing with them, but have yet to find a
solution. Conversely, on some of the older (1-2-year-old) computers, it
seems to work just fine.

Thanks,
