[OPLINTECH] Windows 10?

On the creeping slow booting Win10 computers, have you disabled Fast
Startup? That could be related to the creep.

On a domain joined Win10 computer with SSD, I disable hibernation which
subsequently deletes the huge hiberfil.sys and also disables Fast Startup,
which interferes with Wake On LAN features in Win10. If memory serves, Fast
Startup interferes with installing Windows Updates at Shutdown and may
conceivably be related to a boot time creep.

And yeah. Five minutes is really long. Definitely no more than a minute,
especially on newish computers.
