Hello,

We're investigating document and photo scanning self-serve solutions for
patrons, and I'd be interested to hear what you use and like. Does anyone
have a Scannx Book Scan Center Elite, a BookScan Station Professional, or a
DLSG Knowledge Imaging Center (any config)? A different solution? What do
you like and dislike about it? I'm particularly interested in flexible
document and photo digitization features, including storing to USB, sending
via email, fax, cloud, and locally to smartphone, and high-volume or multi
page digitization, and OCR (if any). I'm not as concerned with all-in-one
copying/printing or vending. I'd be interested to hear about functionality,
reliability, support, and most of all the quality of the UI and ease of use
for patrons. Thanks so much for your feedback,
