[OPLINTECH] 5 Site Frontier outage (including SEO)

All,

FYI a Frontier outage at 8:21 this morning took out the internet to 4
libraries and SEO.

The problem has been localized to the Frontier network just before they
handoff to OARNET. Frontier techs are currently on their way to that
location. No ETR yet.
