In this workshop Lorrie Germann, State eRate Coordinator, will cover the
basics of eRate. This session is designed for those new to the eRate
process and will cover basics of the eRate, a discount on internet
connectivity, hardware, and other IT needs. This session will be available

by line review of the Form 470 in a simple and common scenario: filing a
470 for an internet connection or data transmission to a branch library
locations. A 470 functions as a RFP, and begins the eRate cycle This
