Good morning all,

Just a FYI, no action is required on your part.

Starting in 2020 US cell carriers are expected to end support for shared
SMS short codes (like the number 76000 we use when sending with the OPLIN
SMS Gateway https://www.oplin.ohio.gov/sms).

The replacement for these short codes are 10 digit A2P toll free numbers,
of which OPLIN has already reserved the number (877) 675-4632.

Beginning September 3rd 2019 we'll be migrating the OPLIN SMS Gateway off
the old shared 76000 short code, and onto the new non-shared (877)
675-4632. The only end-user effect of this migration is that patrons will
see the new sending number instead of the old short code, all other
functionality will remain the same.

If you have any questions/concerns/comments, please let me know!
