FWIW

Don't forget the power requirement to charge 25 at the same time.
You might easily overload a circuit and trip a breaker.

My MSI high end laptop shows input 110-240V 2.7A
25 of these would be 67A

A typical laptop may be 1.2A
25 of these would be 30A

Both would overload a 15A or 20A breaker, if they actually drew the rated power

But the power requirement ratings are usually on the high side so you may be 
okay with a typical laptop.
Chances are you will need to connect to a 20A circuit though.
