Impact: Intermittent connectivity to all areas of the OPLIN network.

Good morning all,

Sorry for the short notice on this one, but we're looking to tidy up some
of the loose ends from MPC7E-10G failure from last week. New card will go
in to replace the old, and network paths will be rerouted to restore
carrier card diversity. Thanks!
