[OPLINTECH] Census PC Prep

We are working on the final touches for our Census devices with one last config issue eluding us. Has anyone found a way to block the social media links from working on the bottom of the Census page? We have them listed in restricted zones, but that only prevents certain features from working on these sites. Ideally, the links would not work or open a blank page.
