[OPLINTECH] A few questions during COVID-19 closing

Could you tell me what you're doing for a few things?


Have you disabled holds in any way, like maybe on-shelf requests?


Do you block people from e-resources if their cards are expired? I think we should stop doing this -- any reasons to do it?


How are your staff working remotely, especially for meetings (using Zoom or something else)?
