[OPLINTECH] Hoopla Error “There was an error loading…”

Has anyone ran into an issue with Hoopla where trying to borrow any title gives a  “There was an error loading (Title Name)” Error? And any advice on fixing this issue?

The patron’s account is Enabled and has correct user information. A contact form has also been submitted to Hoopla multiple times.
