Greetings!

The October Open Office Hour – What’s New in BLUEcloud Analytics is now available. It can be accessed at https://my.nicheacademy.com/seo/course/67541.

A sheet detailing the changes in BLUEcloud Analytics is attached or can be accessed on the SEO Support Site at https://support.servingeveryohioan.org/support/solutions/articles/69000847172.

The SEO REPORTS folder will be available through January 31, 2024. The BcA team strongly suggests to begin using the SEO NEW REPORTS folder as well as recreating any subscriptions you may have using reports from the SEO NEW FOLDER.

Additional Notes from this session

  *   When attempting to create a Personal View of a report after applying a filter, BcA reported an error. Personal views cannot be saved if you have applied a filter after running the report.
  *   The BcA team was asked about Personal Views versus History Lists. From the team experience, Personal Views are stable to use and will remain active. SirsiDynix and the team suggests not using the history list feature as they commonly become unavailable.
