[DPLAsteering] Working Group meetings on December 2

At this point, we're expecting the Governance, Legal, and Sustainability
Working Groups to meet jointly from 10:00 to noon Wednesday, with Emily
Gore and Amy Rudersdorf in attendance. Lunches will be available, then the
Governance, Legal, Sustainability, and Technical Infrastructure groups will
meet individually from 1:00 to 3:00. The Advocacy group will be preparing
packets at this time, too. (The Metadata group is NOT meeting on
Wednesday.) The Steering Committee will then meet from 3:00 to 5:00.

Phone conferencing will be available in the board room all day Wednesday
for those who requested it; please provide this information to any members
of your group who need it. For participants to call into the phone line
please have them call 877-820-7831 and enter the passcode 137205#. If you
hear hold music that will stop when the teleconference moderators join the
line.

Please give a shout if our expectations are incorrect.
