[DPLAsteering] Working Group meetings on December 2

Stephen, can you please clarify this: "Phone conferencing will be available in the board room all day Wednesday for those who requested it."  Does this mean that is the only room with a conferencing set up and any groups that wanted it should plan to meet in that room?

Also more info the 10-12 meeting? Will Emily and Amy be playing an active role in that meeting? Or will it be more that they are there and available for parts of the discussion that need them?

At this point, we're expecting the Governance, Legal, and Sustainability Working Groups to meet jointly from 10:00 to noon Wednesday, with Emily Gore and Amy Rudersdorf in attendance. Lunches will be available, then the Governance, Legal, Sustainability, and Technical Infrastructure groups will meet individually from 1:00 to 3:00. The Advocacy group will be preparing packets at this time, too. (The Metadata group is NOT meeting on Wednesday.) The Steering Committee will then meet from 3:00 to 5:00.

Phone conferencing will be available in the board room all day Wednesday for those who requested it; please provide this information to any members of your group who need it. For participants to call into the phone line please have them call 877-820-7831 and enter the passcode 137205#. If you hear hold music that will stop when the teleconference moderators join the line.

Please give a shout if our expectations are incorrect.
