Tom and I had a call today and we had some thoughts for Friday's agenda:

--Update from the working groups and discussion for fall activities and
reporting.  Stephen you had some ideas for their fall activities and
reporting maybe you can take the lead on this discussion

--Comments on the call with Emily

--Comments on the survey cover email and review of the plan for survey
distribution

--Symposium update

--Other

--October call date

 

We also thought it might be a good idea to have a call of the Steering
committee since there's so much going on right now.

Here are some possible times:

Tuesday October 6 in the 9-noon ET

Monday October 12 10-3ET-this is Columbus day, don't know if it's possible

Tuesday October 13- 2-4ET

Wednesday October 14-Between 1-5ET

Thursday October 15-Anytime this day
