[DPLAsteering] Survey update

This afternoon I sent out the Follow-up survey to the almost 40
organizations that had OAI implemented or had OAI compliant systems as well
as organizations that had over 10,000 metadata records. The survey end date
is February 20.  Thanks to all of you who reviewed the survey and sent
comments.  It's always appreciated.  Liz
