[DPLAsteering] Next survey

I've been working with the metadata working group on the followup survey.  I
had hoped to get it out earlier this month, but that didn't happen.  If the
Steering Committee could serve as the test group that would be great.  I'm
looking to make certain that the wording makes sense and that the
functionality works.  Remember the folks who are taking the survey will
understand the terminology, where all of you may not. Please have your
comments to me by next Monday, February 2.  Attached is the pdf of the
