[NORTHSTAR] New resources for libraries; five more are live

I hope everyone is having a good week.  Here are a few updates on Northstar.

*New Resources for Libraries*
Thanks to the great feedback from your colleagues, we now have some more
resources for Ohio libraries on the FAQ page.  In particular, you may want
to take a look at:

*Reminder: Northstar Pointers sessions still open for registration*
Thanks to everyone for their flexibility last week, especially our
presenters!  If you haven't registered yet, there is still time to sign up
for any or all three of the upcoming sessions:
