[SOA] Archives Month information

Folks,
Archives Month will be in a few short weeks. Here's some information for you.

First, remember the theme this year is "The Peoples of Ohio". There's more information on the Archives Month section of the SOA wiki <http://ohsweb.ohiohistory.org/soa/index.php?title=Archives_Month>!

Next, please list your events and activities on the SOA web site calendar. This means your exhibits, open houses, collection opening, or lectures--or your experimental "evening of readings" event! Send information on these to Rachel Bilokonsky <rbilokonsky1 at udayton.edu> who will post them to the page.

Also, take a peak at this year's poster through the link on the SOA wiki. There are photos and images from over 10 centers across the state this year! And for your information, we're figuring to be mailing a copy to members sometime next week.

Let me know if you have any comments or questions. And don't be shy about using this state-wide observance during October to raise the awareness of your own archival center.
