[SOA] Society of Ohio Archivist 2013 Annual Meeting

The Society of Ohio Archivists invites you to submit session proposals for
its spring 2013 Annual Meeting to be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 at the
OCLC Conference Center in Dublin, Ohio.



The theme is *Society of Ohio Archivists:  45 Years of Service to the
Profession*

The program committee is seeking a broad array of proposals that highlight
the current state of archives in Ohio, the future of Ohio archives, and/or
the role of Ohio’s archives in the past.  Possible ideas include: history
of SOA and the archives profession in Ohio, outreach and instruction
efforts; preservation and maintenance of traditional records and/or
born-digital materials; promoting marketing, sustaining enthusiasm in
archives; the role of social media for archives; and funding for archives,
and project planning. Other topics/proposals will be accepted as well.



The deadline for proposal submission is February 28, 2013.
