[SOA] Library leadership survey

We are conducting a survey on the relationship employee voice and
leadership behaviors in library organizations. Participation in the study
typically takes 15 minutes and is strictly anonymous. Participants will
answer a series of questions about their experience in their current
library organization. Participants should be currently employed in a
library setting and over 18 years of age.
