[SOA] SOA Google Drive document ownership

Hi there, this is your friendly public service announcement to please, periodically transfer ownership of SOA documents that are currently under your ownership to the SOA Google account.

I too still have some items in there that are owned by me, but I've been whittling it down.

Don't worry about PDFs, or Microsoft formats--it won't change ownership on them. We'll need to log in as SOA then download and re-upload those.

Also, even if you change ownership at the folder level, often you still have to also edit the documents inside the folder.
